Our Mission.

Our mission is to reduce abuse of the ADA while increasing access for the disabled.

Our goal is to provide businesses with notice of ADA violations and open a 60-day cure period for businesses to reasonably comply. Such a period will lead to greater access for the disabled by ensuring that businesses remedy problems or face litigation as a consequence.

This common-sense reform will cut down on “drive-by lawsuits.” A cure period gives business owners time, allows them to avoid costly litigation, and ensures ensures businesses comply with the guidelines set forth by the ADA.
